Dr. Gerd Koidl, Chairman of the Supervisory Board

 
Gerd Koidl possesses over 40 years experience in the mortgage industry as executive board member of diverse German mortgage banks. He was member of the steering committee of the German Association of Mortgage Banks for many years. Gerd Koidl is chairman of the Supervisory Board of Crown Westfalen Bank since November 2006.
 
 
Ronald E. Roark, Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board

 
Ronald Roark is co-founder of Crown and board member of all Crown subsidiaries. He has more than 30 years of global industry experience. He was a board member of Commercial Mortgage Securities Association (CMSA) and chairman of CMSA International Committee. He is also active in other industry groups, including the Urban Land Institute (ULI), the Turnaround Management Association (TMA) and the Mortgage Banker's Association (MBA). Ronald Roark is Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Crown Westfalen Bank since November 2006.

Ulrich Schultheis, Member of the Supervisory Board

In over 20 years business experience in the bank sector, Ulrich Schultheis has occupied managerial positions in international banks with both domestic and offshore activities. He played a leading role in the establishment of a commercial bank in Slovakia and a mortgage bank in Germany. His area of expertise is Operations. In his last position he was project manager for “Aufbau International Private Banking” (Establishment of International Private Banking) in an established German commercial bank. Since 2008, he is active as a consultant for a renowned private equity fund.

Uwe Lenz, Supervisory Board Member (Employee Representative)

Uwe Lenz has been with the former Westfalenbank since 1989. Having completing his education to become a qualified bank officer in 1991 he worked in Asset Liability Management. Following posts in Controlling/Corporate Strategy and Finance, he is now active in Participation Management.
