Dr. Joachim Paulus, Member of Board of Directors

 
Joachim Paulus joined Crown from Bayerische Hypo- und Vereinsbank, where he most recently occupied the position of Managing Director of Global Aviation Finance. He studied law at the Universities of Münster and Freiburg and received his Dr. iur. degree from the University of Freiburg. Joachim Paulus is director of Crown Westfalen Bank since August 2005 and is responsible for Treasury, Human Resources and Legal and CEO of the the bank's German subsidiary. 
 
 
Dr. Christian von Villiez, Member of Board of Directors

 
Christian von Villiez joined Crown from Bayerische Hypo- und Vereinsbank. Following positions in Corporate Development and West European Corporate Banking, Christian was CEO of the Spanish Banco Inversion. He studied business and economics at the Universities of Aachen and Münster and was awarded his Dr. rer. pol. in 1989. Dr. von Villiez occupies the position of Credit Transactions Director of Crown Westfalen Bank since September 2005 and is responsible for Credit, Finance, Operations, and IT. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the English servicing company, Crown Mortgage Management.
